Another work OOTD. I tend to find a lot of clothing from overseas  as it fits me well and they always have my size (especially Asia, or USA cause only a minority is petite there). 

The brand N&M is based in Vietnam, their designs are very simple and great for the working environment hence I tend to visit every time I return. The top I'm wearing was about $15AUD, which is a little pricey when converted to VND, but again its a staple item in my wardrobe for those warmer days in Melbourne and I've warned it for the past 2 years. 

Flared

Office OOTD:
So I sit and stand all day at work (like most office people do), hence its never a good idea to flash myself therefore this A-line tight flared Midi Skirt will hide all inappropriateness. This midi is one of my favourite buys last winter as it fitted well, made with thick stretchy material making it easy to move in, and it's got minimal seams (seamless hemline). I didn't think I could find something I'd like at David Lawrence, I guess I was wrong, I only stepped into that shop because it had an extra further 40% off the sale prices, personally I thought this brand was designed for older more conservative ladies. This was a $44 item, the last time I checked they still had the sale and stock on their shelves at DFO Essendon. 

You can't see the details of the white top but its also designed with unfinished seam lines, sticking with the minimalistic theme I paired it with this skirt and added the black belt to tie it all together (my waist don't need to be more cinched, but that is the purpose of most belts).

Wedges are my favourite type of heels to wear all day as it gives me height and keeps me comfy. To finish off I would never leave the house without a jacket or scarf in Melbourne as our weather is very temperamental. 

Mini to Midi

I have a soft spot for lace... but this mini lace dress, which mum bought for me from Vietnam ($10AUD) was too short.

TIP: have a short dress you want to wear but don't think its appropriate for any occasions or work? Don't make a fool of yourself and avoid exposing too much of your behind, just improvise, elongate the entire length with a midi skirt! Turn a "mini" into a "midi".

SKIRT --- thick white midi a-line polyester skirt, pleated with floral prints. Oh so feminine for only $15AUD, shipping was under $10 (maybe), sometimes they do free shipping promos - aliexpress.com... don't relate cheap to crap quality, because this skirt is of high quality, I dare say it's more durable then those fast fashion brands you see such as Zara, H&M, Forever New, Forever 21, etc...

Heels --- Nine West Women's Fanesa Pump (patent ivory synthetic). It was $50AUD with shipping from the amazon; though its got a mini heel beware the pointy toe and back of the shoe (due to constant rubbing while you walk) still hurts to wear over a long period of time. I bought two pairs in the same style, one in this colour the other in black, black was very comfortable to wear to work everyday it's now worn out. These are still looking new cause I can't stand in them for longer than an hour. Same cut but different fit. Online shopping doesn't always work out right?
